We continue to educate ourselves to be up to date with regard to labor law and psychological requirements. Everyone in the team contributes their strengths so that the workforce is represented in the best possible way.
In addition, we also maintain our contacts with trade unions and the Chamber of Labor in order to be able to cover special inquiries in the best possible way.
Diversity is a matter of course for our team!
Transparency
Even if we as the works council speak with one voice to the outside world, each member of our list has their own opinion and can always express this in the meetings.
We do not have voting lists because each member embodies a part of the company.
Only through discussions are all the voices of the workforce heard and appropriate decisions made on this basis.
